Our Reputation:
We at Talbot & Son have been manufacturing and selling sunblinds and canopies in the Isle of Man since 1970. A small workshop under Bob Talbot's house was the starting point of the business, which in his retirement in 1982 moved to purpose built premises in Victoria Road, Douglas. The business has now grown to some 9,000 square feet of workshop and showrooms in Derby Square, Douglas, and remain essentially a family-run firm under the personal management of Andy Talbot and his brother-in-law, Ian Large, assisted by an enthusiastic and skilled staff. We pride ourselves on our reputation for providing high standards of service and quality and are fully committed to further strengthening our reputation.
 
Our Team:
Our experienced and friendly staff are always on hand to offer help and advice either in our showroom, by telephone, or in your own home.

Our Quality:
The quality of our products is second-to-none. Many of the products supplied are manufactured on the premises in well-appointed workshops which also allows us to offer a complete repair and renovation service. We also enjoy the services of a team of highly skilled curtain makers - hand-sewing is a speciality.

We have a broad range of customers from commercial and contract work to domestic and are proud of the fact that we have many customers who return to us time after time. We frequently work in conjunction with the Department of Education and many other Government Departments from major contracts to a single office blind.
